Financial Brokerage Company is hiring a receptionist / admin assistant.
Location: Markham, ON
Qualification:
- Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
- Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be positive and eager to learn
- Must be a team player
- Fluent in Cantonese is an asset
- Customer services or office experience is an asset
Duties:
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and mails;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Liaising with managers, clients, agents, and other staff.
