| 详细介绍
Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent sales and care service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
-Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in store
-Maintain a tidy store environment and ensure it is presentable
-Help visitors to resolve sales and customer care related inquires/issues
-Handle and received mails and packages
-Handle relations and escalations via phone, in person, online chat
-Assist the logistic work
-Participate marketing booth or other event when needed
-Assist store manager’s work
-Back up incoming sales call if needed
-Other responsibilities if assigned by management
Qualification:
-Flexible work time
-College diploma or equivalent
-Cantonese would be an asset
-Energetic with excellent communication skills and positive attitude
-Familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
