A fast growing freight forwarder in Mississauga is looking for operations clerk/customer service.
Requirements:
1.Have good knowledge of ocean/air/land transportation, and customs
2.Good command of oral and written English
3. Must be a team player with positive attitude
4. new graduates from the program of international transportation and customs are welcome
Job function:
- Track and trace ocean LCL, FCL, air shipments, trucking freight
- Upate the system and report
- Answer telephone inquiries
- Dispatch orders to truckers
- Submit paperwork to customs brokers
- Update the inventory report
- Reply clients email
