Computer Company – Customer Service Coordinator
Job:Sales (Full time)
Salary:$15-$18/ hour
OfficeLocation: Mississauga
OfficeHour: 9am-5pm
JobRequirement:
1.Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills in both English and Chinese.
2.Related experiences will be an add-on
3.Positive attitude and desire to work with a great team in a fast-paced environment.
4.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Intermediate knowledge of Web-based programs.
Job Description:
1.Maintain coordination with clients such as sponsors and vendors to ensure that all contractual obligations are properly met and that the quality client standards are upheld at all times.
2.Provide weekly updates on objectives and identify any issues or opportunities pertaining to receiving, processing, layout and organization of the backroom and overall backroom compliance
3.Sale of computer and related accessories.
4.Assist manager to collect information and sales records. In charge of inquiry and purchase. Provide price and product information to customers.
5.Maintains current information in company’s database for business contacts, consumer data,performers, artists, sponsors and vendor lists. Explore new market and new customer.
6.Outbound calls to book appointments with potential prospects
7.Learn and Leverage product features, partners, marketing and others to ensure goals are met.
8.Use company CRM system to track all activity.
9.Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
10.Perform high volume of cold calls to target pipeline to set appointments with prospects
