五天工作
必須:
在周末工作
流利英語及粵語(懂普通話更佳)
懂Photoshop或其他設計軟件
懂得書寫繁體中文
有車
Duties & Responsibilities:
Answering phones, confirming appointments, greet clients/walk-ins
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedure
Clerical support to agents and other staff as required
Create advertisements, videos, posting, producing brochures and flyers
Social media advertising: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WeChat, etc.
Maintains and updates websites
Sales Event hosting, planning and promotion
Perform marketing tasks to generate leads, plan open house events, property tours
Produce high quality graphic design artwork using various computer software
Requirements & Qualifications:
College graduate or equivalent
Knowledge in Graphic design software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a MUST.
Admin/Marketing experience is a MUST
Minimum 1 year working experience in general office administration, ideally in the real estate industry
Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and ability to quickly learn industry specific programs
Spoken and written English and Cantonese is a MUST. Mandarin would be an asset
Professional and friendly telephone manner
Strong organizational skills and experience in a fast-paced environment
