Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent sales and care service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain a tidy of work area environment and ensure it is presentable
- Help visitors to resolve sales and customer care related inquiries/issues
- Handle and receive mails and packages
- Handle relations and escalations via phone, in person, online chat
- Assist the logistic work
- Participate marketing booth or other events when needed
- Assist the department manager’s work
- Back up incoming sales call if needed
- Other responsibilities if assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Energetic with excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- College diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal, written and listening in English
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Other Languages will be an asset
