详细介绍                                                 The role: Reporting to the Online Marketing Manager, the Online Marketing Content Creator is responsible to write and publish various types of pieces for our company’s web pages, like articles, social media posts, product descriptions, and to prepare relevant promotion material and implement the promotions. Ultimately, the Online Marketing Content Creator is responsible for helping T&T Supermarkets to reach target audience by delivering both useful and appealing information about our company and products. Major Responsibilities: 1.        Assist with the production of content creation for the entire T&T Supermarket’s eCommerce website 2.        Communicate with Merchandising and other various relevant departments regarding product and pricing changes 3.        Report content creation variances to management 4.        Research industry-related topics 5.        Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms 6.        Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise T&T Supermarkets company and products 7.        Identify customer needs and recommend new topics that will serve the customers to better understand the product they are purchasing 8.        Update website as needed 9.        Track performance of promotional campaigns and score campaigns based on their ability to deliver forecasted performance.  Provide regular summaries to team regarding promotional performance 9.        Support miscellaneous site initiatives and projects to enable continual business growth and improvements.   Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements: 1.        5 years’ experience in a Marketing or in a website content creation capacity 2.        A strong understanding and passion for consumer-focused e-commerce. 3.        Excellent researching skills 4.        Possess proven creative and copywriting skills in both English and Chinese 5.        Strong editing and proofreading skills; creative and innovative with good attention to detail 6.        Experience in working within a demanding fast-paced or retail environment will be an asset 7.        Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders 8.        Ability to work independently, with excellent organization and interpersonal skills 9.        Completion of Bachelor degree, with focus on writing or communications preferred 10.        Excellent knowledge of the Windows software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) 请点击此链接去了解更多职位https://recruiting.ultipro.ca/TTS5000TTSI 进行申请。（点击链接以后，在屏幕的右上角可以选择你喜欢的语言，并且您还可以点击Selection Location/选择地点 来选择ON/安省职位进行申请） 您也可以直接致电我们： 1-844-773-2723 or 647-258-2723 或者发送简历至：recruitment_esc@tntsupermarket.com
