Scope of work:
Coordinating with site supers, project managers and electricians to book and complete all required work onsite and the timelines given
Managing electrical projects and ensure projects fall within budget, timeline, and quality requirements
Ordering all required parts and material as required
Prepares and coordinates project close-out documents and review of deficiencies.
Manages and coordinates assigned job quoting activities
Performs additional assignments and responsibilities as required
Skills and Qualifications:
1 year of experience as a project coordinator in the electrical industry is preferred
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in electrical or construction engineering
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Well organized with an ability to effectively set and manage competing priorities
Excellent communication skill in both English and Mandarin
Ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels
Driver’s license and the ability to travel to job sites
