详细介绍                                                 We are looking for a qualified Computer Technician to install, maintain and repair computers, VR equipment and networks. You will be the one to ensure that adequate IT infrastructure is in place and is used to its maximum capabilities. As a Computer Technician, you must be well-versed in computer systems and network functions. The ideal candidate will be able to work diligently and accurately and will possess great problem-solving ability in order to fix issues and ensure functionality. The goal is to install and maintain high quality VR equipment, and computer systems. Personal Work • Works ethically and with integrity. • Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles • Uses time efficiently (to include streamlining communications and meetings) • Arrange maintenance sessions to discover and mend inefficiencies • Keep detailed records of repairs and fixes for future reference • Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly Team Player • Remains open to others' ideas and new approaches to work • Contributes to building a positive team environment • Treats others with respect and considerations regardless of their status or position Requirements • Set up VR equipment and trouble shoot technical issues, including hardware and software • Proven experience as computer technician or similar role • Have knowledge of major operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Android, iOS, Linux) and devices running these OS’s. Ability to support other software packages such as office productivity software, anti-virus programs, etc. • Experience with LAN/WAN networks, teamviewers • Have advanced knowledge of computer terminology, computer hardware, and to be able to troubleshoot effectively • Effectively communicate orally and in writing to a variety of audiences and to disseminate technical information to non-technical employees • Be able to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize critical needs • Exceptional organizing, time-management skills, and have experience working successfully in a team environment • Relevant Degree/Certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, BSc/BA) will be an advantage, but not required • G driver license • Speak and write in English and Mandarin
