Flat Roofing Estimator Department:        Estimating Location:        South Etobicoke We strive to deliver excellence, growth and innovative solutions in every aspect of our business. We recognize that our people are the greatest asset, and we provide our employees with the opportunity to take their career further. •         Rewarding, challenging, fast-paced work •         Plenty of opportunity to learn about estimating in the construction industry, essential to our day-to-day operations •         Work on a large-scaled projects •         Develop life skills by learning and growing both personally and professionally Responsibilities Include: •        Perform area calculations •        Complete material take-offs •        Consult with clients, to discuss and formulate estimates •        Reviews data to determine material and labor requirements and prepare an itemized list •        Order Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, Tender deposits, etc. Qualifications and Knowledge Required: •        post-graduate certificate in industry relevant program o        (ie. Construction, Civil/Architectural Engineering, etc) •        Ability to read plans & and specifications •        Strong computer skills and proficient with MS Office •        Excellent oral & written communication •        Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced team environment •        Strong organizational skills and work ethic •        Interested in learning about different aspects of the business i.e. glazing,      architectural products. •        Advanced English knowledge and Canadian industry knowledge Please send your resume to hr@cordeiroroofing.com
