King Lending Capital provides various first, second mortgage and re-financing mortgage solutions. To assist our clients in finding their perfect home, we will customize a loan and investment plan that suits their financial needs. What is the Opportunity: Capital Investment is focused on mortgage funding and other investment fund raising. The position is an opportunity to apply your knowledge and passion in different investment planning. Capital Investment provides various valuable investment advice and products to our investors. The position requires a well-developed network, a good investment and mortgage background and the ability to manage external relationships in a professional manner. The right candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities are, but not limited to the following: 1. Actively prospecting to generate new business opportunity for fund raising 2. Support, encourage and find prospective investors by broadening awareness and interest through conferences, presentations, meetings and media. 3. Create and present investment summaries to potential investors for approval with proper illustration of important aspects of the mortgage proposal. 4. Build an excellent investor relationship and ability to deliver value to investors 5. Participating in valuable business and company events Qualifications: 1. Excellent networking skills 2. Proficient with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) 3. Attention to detail 4. Understanding of the mortgage industry and private lending 5. Ability to excel under pressure, as well as meet short deadlines Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. License: Mortgage Agent License (or willingness to complete) Job Type: Commission Based Location: Markham Language:English, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) Additional Information: Please note that only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
