任职要求:
1.大专及以上学历;
2.良好的沟通能力和协调组织能力,工作细致认真,责任心强;
3.中英文精通,并具备优秀的口头及书面能力,会粤语者更佳;
4.熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件,尤其Excel,PPT技巧突出者优先;
5.具备一定摄影及Photoshop图形处理技巧者优先;
6.金融理财或客户服务相关从业经验者优先;
7.性格开朗,善于社交。具有高品质的人际沟通、交往礼仪及关系维系的技巧,富于团队合作精神和饱满的工作热情;
8.不满足于朝九晚五的常规人设,拥有坚强的学习能力、抗压能力和责任感,并深怀成就一番事业的梦想;

An established Financial group that has been providing professional wealth management and financial planning services since 2010.
We are currently hiring a Full-time Office Administrator in Oakville office, Ontario.
Requirements:
1.College diploma or above;
2.Good communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility;
3.Proficient in both Chinese and English, excellent oral and written skills, ability to communicate in Cantonese is an asset;
4.Proficient in Microsoft Office software, excellent Excel and PPT skills are preferred;
5.Proficient in photography and Photoshop skills are preferred;
6.Experience in finance or customer service is preferred;
7.Outgoing and sociable; High quality interpersonal communication;
8.Good business communication etiquette and relationship maintenance skills;
9.Full of team spirit and passion for work;
10.Strong learning ability;
11.Ability to work under pressure and a sense of responsibility;
12.Someone who is not satisfied with the regular nine-to-five job and deeply committed to the dream of accomplishing a career;
