Job Description:
Century 21 Real Estate Office is looking for a Part-Time/Contract Front Desk and Administrative Assistant
Must work on weekends (and some weekdays) at our Markham office.
Potential to extend the contract or transfer to a permanent position.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- College graduate or equivalent
- Extremely friendly and outgoing
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Spoken and written English and Cantonese is a MUST. Mandarin would be an asset
- Minimum 1-year working experience in general office administration, ideally in the real estate industry
- Strong organization skills, experience in a fast-paced environment, excellent attention to detail
- Customer Service or Marketing experience is an asset
- Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Google Drive, Dropbox, and ability to quickly learn industry-specific programs
- Some knowledge in Graphic design software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, confirming appointments, greeting clients
- Co-ordinate office administrative procedure
- Front desk and Clerical support to agents and other staff as required
- Create advertisements, videos, posting, producing brochures and flyers
- Create and manage social media advertising: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WeChat, etc.
- Maintains and updates websites
- Sales Event planning, promoting and hosting
- Some graphic design artwork using various computer software
