详细介绍                                                 1.PCB Assembly Line Operator Responsibilities: -Assist to setup PCBA line including paste printer, pick and place machine, reflow oven, AOI, and selective solder for daily operation -Prepare and load all necessary materials for PCBA line -Operate the PCBA line for daily manufacturing -Assist to perform the first-article inspection -Maintain work area to 5S standards at all times Qualifications: -Diploma or post-secondary education -Hands-on PCBA line operation experience necessary -Must have dexterity to assemble and align small components -Good eye-hand coordination 2. SMT Technician Responsibilities: -Job duties will include machine operation, setup, line maintenance, training, and helping operators on -machine operation and setup, and ensuring proper program performance and efficiency. -Works with production, engineering, and machine operators to maintain equipment and to ensure efficient operation of work centers to meet production schedules. -Troubleshooting program/process/machine issues and fault corrections. Qualifications: -Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting SMT programming team. -Experience in Yamaha and Samsung Pick-Place programming will be a plus. -Experience with SPI, wave soldering will be a plus. -Ability to work under deadlines. 3. Process Technician Responsibilities: -Setup SMT line including paste printer, pick and place machine, reflow oven, and AOI, and selective solder for the daily product manufacturing -Optimize and troubleshoot the PCBA line to ensure the efficient operation to reduce the machine down time -Perform process data collection and monitoring for SPC study of production line -Implement requested engineering change into the production line and process using the information in the ECO and ECN -Perform the first-article inspection to ensure the conformance with the customer requirements and specifications -Prepare daily production report -Conduct daily PCBA line maintenance -Implement and maintain 5S housekeeping principles -Operate the PCBA line for daily manufacturing Qualifications:-Diploma in Engineering -Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin -1-2 years hands-on skills for SMT machine operations -Good knowledge of PCB assembly and electronic components -Knowledge of IPC standards is a plus -Strong team player with minimal supervision -Can-do and willing-to-do attitude 4. Hand Soldering Responsibilities: -Hand soldering thru-hole and surface mount components including fine pitch using leaded and RoHS process ensuring IPC criteria has been met according to IPC 610 and J-STD-001 -In-process Inspection and touch up of thru-hole and surface mount components using microscope. -Reworking thru-hole and surface mount assemblies including fine pitch components and ensuring that IPC criteria has been met according to IPC 7711/7721 standard. -Ability to demonstrate rework skills with de-soldering station and hot air gun. Qualifications: -Minimum 1 year of electronic assembly experience -Minimum 1 year of soldering experience -Strong work ethic -Organized and detail oriented 5. Quality Coordinator Responsibilities: -Identify and resolve the quality issues in production with the structured quality management procedures and processes -Document and implement the corrective and preventive actives to resolve all non-conformance in production -Communicate with internal and external customers on related quality issues and quality objectives -Perform quality inspection of PCBAs to meet customer drawings and specifications -Prepare PCBA quality daily report and recommendation on quality improvement -Assist to perform the first-article inspection -Assist to setup AOI machine -Operate AOI machine for daily manufacturing -Provide QC training to the line technicians and operators -Implement and maintain 5S housekeeping principles Qualifications: -Diploma in Engineering -Strong written and verbal communication skills in English -1-2 years PCBA quality control experience necessary -Must have dexterity to assemble and align small components -Knowledge of ISO procedures and IPC standards are a must -Good eye-hand coordination Salary Range: $16.00 - $21.00/hour; 40 hrs/week 工作地点：2680 14th Ave, Markham, ON L3R 0J1 请发简历到邮箱：info@7pcb.com 联系电话：416-800-7540, ext 109 周一到周五10点到6：30
