详细介绍                                                 Looking for a responsible representative to provide exceptional customer service for our walk-in customers. Responsibilities: -Ability to multi-task and work under pressure while remaining patient -Must gain a good knowledge of products/policies -Must be able to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment -Answer high volume of phone calls and communicate in a professional manner -Must be able to perform repetitive tasks such as making invoices via phone, fax, email, and in person -Receives and follow up on customer complaints in an order to improve quality and relationship between customer and company -Ensures integrity when handling and processing payments through credit card, interac and cash Personal Characteristics: -Tidy appearance -Ability to work under pressure -Perform well and adapt in a fast-paced environment -Ability to work independently and also contribute to a team -Great interpersonal skills whether with customers or co-workers Please apply in person, Monday to Friday 10:00am- 4:00pm.
