Job Description

OVERALL OBJECTIVE:

To ensure consumer travel needs are processed accurately and in a friendly and timely manner.

This position reports to the Operator Manager and is located in Markham, Ontario.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities


Provide top-quality customer service to all passengers, clients, authorities, suppliers, coworkers and management
Knowledge of Canadian and US geography and the ability to navigate their major cities
Must be compliant with the National Safety Code, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations at all times, including US DOT drug testing requirements
Must be compliant with Highway Traffic Act at all times
Must be familiar with and compliant with the Hours of Service Regulations in Canada and the US
Perform daily pre/post trip inspections on assigned commercial vehicle
Plan and organize routing as per dispatch instructions and/or customer itinerary

Requirements


Ontario Drivers B class license with a Z (air brake) endorsement

Must be available for all shifts as scheduled
