Office Administration (Part-time, 3 days per week)
A small residential custom home developer – We are looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our company. Reporting directly to the Principle, you will be responsible for both construction project and office administrative support, this role requires excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide support with administrative duties
- Filing and maintenance of files
- Maintains project documentations such as project plans, meeting minutes, contracts, etc.
- Meet construction contractors (with Principal) at site and monitor the project works are on schedules and complete within the timeframes.

- Prepares status reports, budget reports and meeting minutes to assist with timely project delivery
- Some basic bookkeeping skills (bank accounts, issue cheques for payments, deposits, etc.)
- Manage principle’s diaries and assist Principle’s personal matters.
- To meet construction contractors at site and the works are in schedules
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent
- 3 years of project or administrative work experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficient with Windows 10, MS Words, Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint
- Fluent in spoken and written English ( Chinese speaking is an asset)
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ontario Driver’s license
