Monday to Friday 9:30 am- 5:30 pm
Location: North York, ON
Responsibility:
-- Assisting with Monthly and Year End tasks
-- Reception and Administrative support
--Handling all incoming calls in a professional and warm manner
--Handle incoming and outgoing mail, fax, couriers
-- Accounts Payable, includes processing vendor invoices, following up with vendors, making payments and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
-- Accounts Receivable, including issuing invoices, producing a statement of accounts, collections on overdue accounts and account reconciliation when required.
--Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Qualifications
-- experience is an asset
-- Microsoft Dynamic experience is a definite asset
-- Detail oriented, ability to show initiative and take responsibility
--Proficiency in MS Office
-- Enhanced verbal and interpersonal communications skills
-- Effective problem-solving skills
-- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
-- Ability to speak and write in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
