Re/Max Elite Real Estate is looking for a focused and driven individual for an administrative role in a fast-pace office in Markham. The job entails the following responsibilities:
Greet walk-in clients and promote listings
Email correspondence and manage incoming mail
Prepare and organize deal documents and track outstanding paperwork
Upload and manage listing on MLS system
Manage all Social Media platforms
Coordinate showing appointments
Manage office calendar and supplies
Assist with day-to-day tasks
Process deals and issue commission cheque
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is preferred
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Excel,Word, Powerpoint
Must be able to use various social media platforms to post updates i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Wechat
A keen interest in and knowledge of the real estate industry is an asset
Knowledge of brokerWOLF is an ASSET.
