岗位职能：
1. collaborate with busines leaders to analyze problems, optimize process, and present results to stakeholder
2. deliver on project-based, and ad-hoc, data analysis and reporting requests
3. compile complex data sets from various sources
4. identify data sets that can drive strategy, improve decision making, and automate processes

preferred skills:
1. bachelor degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, MIS or other quantitative field preferred
2. proficiency with SQL
3. Experience with Python, R or SAS
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skill
