We are seeking a committed and dynamic individual to join our Company located in Mississauga. The Client Administration team provides back office support to our clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion and would like a career driven by customer service. The candidate must be fluent in English, Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
As the successful candidate you will have the opportunity to provide excellent service to clients by resolving client’s requests & you will report directly to The office Manager
Job Duties:
Maintain a high level of service to our clients by ensuring that we process the client’s needs accurately and efficiently
Sort, scan, index, incoming mail. Accounts Payable
- Reconcile and follow up with vendor statements
- Monitoring of customer accounts
-Strong organizational and time management skills required
-proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines;
- Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team required;
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
-Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in customer service or back office environment
-Good call efficiency while maintaining quality customer service
-Proficient computer and keyboarding skills required (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel).
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Good verbal & written communication skills
-Ability to prioritize & organize incoming work
-Excellent time management skills
-Ability to multi-task
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Completed post-secondary education
