Job Description
Position Details include:
Posting vendor invoices and expenses
Data enter invoices for payment
Receiving payment and bank deposits
Daily filing and administrative tasks
Managing billing for service and maintenance accounts
Able to process and manage large volumes of paperwork, emails and data entry
Communicate with internal contacts to resolve billing and customer issues in a timely manner
Monitoring unpaid invoices and the AR aging report
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for management's review
Knowledge and Skills:
A college or university degree in Accounting
Excellent organizational skills and able to multi-task. Able to work independently and self-motivated
Proficient with MS Office, Excel, and Quickbooks
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Mandarin (Preferred)
