Admin Assistant 行政助理
Mississauga
Admin-related:
Assist in maintaining the regularity and cleanness of the office
Handle coming-in Shipping documents; Closely work with HQ’s supply Chain Mgt Team and monitor all shipments’ EDA to make sure all HB/L are timely telex released and further reduce demurrage cost.
Assist in optimizing the DHL/ups courier ordering to save cost.
Assist in keeping office’ telephone, network and computers in good conditions.
Provide other admin support when needed

HR-Related:
Maintain attendance records and record annual leave information, issue monthly presence report.
Support company outing activities and other team building activities.
Assist in maintain & update Job Descriptions, employee handbook and help with employee’s applying for Shanghai Residence.

Finance-Related:
Check monthly reimbursement reports
Make payment vouchers- fast delivery, office rental, utility fees, etc
Assist in monthly VAT tax Report

Required qualifications:
College graduate with over 1 year work experience
Proficient users of MS Office (Excel, word, Outlook)
Salary: 15-20/hour Full time Job
