岗位职能：   
1. design， develop, test, and maintain out scalable website project   
2. build user interfaces and assist in developing back-end infrastuctures according to client's requirements   
3. manage individual project priorities and deadlines   
   
preferred skills:   
1. self-starter,team player, quick learner with a positive and courageous attitude, strong interpersonal communication skills   
2. basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and photoshop   
3. Fundamental knowledge of the web and how it works   
4. Basic UX and Designability
