详细介绍                                                 密市与宾顿交接处西人食品生产大厂诚招下午班机器操作与生产管理骨干员工。要求有工厂生产经验与机器操作相关背景，有一定的生产管理经验与背景，能吃苦耐劳，踏实可靠，良好的英文听说。车间正常温度，干净整洁卫生有序，要求上岗人员有时间有效的无犯罪纪录证书与英文网上劳动安全与健康问答通过的培训证书。 Duties & Responsibilities: - Day to day production requirements are met - Manage daily packaging activities - Schedules for the packaging employees - Update on the status of the daily production to the Production Planner before the end of shift - Ensure production records and orders are completed and food safety standards are being met by the packaging team - Report maintenance requirements - Train staff and new employees - Ensure work stations are properly sanitized and kept clean by packaging staff - Setup of the packaging machines to ensure efficiency, quality and safe; change product materials in a quick, efficient manner - Ensure that all code, date, units/label printers are properly set up - Setting up, cleaning and calibrating all scales to maintain accurate weight control - Ensure the line runs at or exceeds efficiency - Provide QA with product as required for testing and any other documents as requested - Record all equipment downtime and properly log information for maintenance purposes - Responsible for all aspects of the waste water treatment system - Ensure that palletizing skids of finished product is completed - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area - Ensure that the plant is locked and that all machinery and equipment are safety turn off before leaving the plant in afternoon shift - Ensure that all employees work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures and document and report immediately any violations to the Manager - Work in accordance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures and promote and maintain a safe work environment Practice all GMP’s, SOP’s, HACCP and SQF protocols Qualification: - Previous experience in the food/beverage industry - Must have strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills - Fluent in English - Need mathematical and troubleshooting skills - GMP’s, SOP’s, HACCP and SQF principles (preferred) - Strong multi-task - Able to work in a fast paced work environment - Team player - Ability to engage in routine walking, standing, bending - Carry items weight up to 40 lbs plus for extended periods of time 工作时间：周一至周五，偶尔周六会加班 下午班，3:30pm – 12:00am 工作地点：Mississauga 近机场 工资待遇：机器操作工与管工助理（Machine Operator Lead Hand Trainee）：21~22时薪起，面试后以经验决定起薪。 优秀员工四个月后会有转正机会，并且享受工厂提供的集体医疗福利。 要求必须首先发送WORD文档简历并电话预约审核面试：[email protected] 电话预约审核面试：437-887-4003 （telephone inquiry)
