Company Overview:

Overview of Position:
As a Marketing Administrator, you will combine marketing and administrative skills to enhance company social media presences and to assist the timely filing of all documentations related to mortgages and real estate transactions.
Job Duties:
-Design and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of social media messages, web page content, or e-newsletters
-Grow and expand company social media presence including Facebook, Instagram, and other marketing platforms
-Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness; report reviews from customers; suggest new ways to attract prospective customers
-Provide general administrative and clerical support including data entry, mailing, scanning and faxing
-Coordinate administrative tasks to facilitate efficient operations across Operations and Marketing Departments
Qualifications & Attributes:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Commence, Marketing, or Graphic Design
-Proven 1+ year of work experience in Marketing/ Administration is preferred
-Proficiency in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
-Expertise in multiple social media platforms, with ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
-Excellent communication skills, multitasking and analytical skills
