Property Administrator
Requirements:
- To provide clerical and support to the Property Manager on day-to-day affairs
- Strong computer skills in different software
- Answering all incoming calls from tenants, owners and contractors
- Record, update and maintain a good filing systems
- Attend meetings with tenants and Board members
- Good communication skills and written correspondences.
- Perform other duties as requested
- Location to work in Scarborough/Markham area, or arranged by Managers.
Qualification:
- Minimum one year office experience
- Fluent in English required, Chinese speaking an asset
- Must have own car, priority preference
