详细介绍                                                 Location: 1.Hillcrest Mall Real                   2.Pacitic Mall Real                   3.Centerpoint Mall                   4.Markville Shopping Center JOB PURPOSE: A bartender’s work is integral to the whole experience of the customer. The bartender shall understand the theories behind making each type of drinks and the operation of blenders. A bartender is responsible for the quality of his/her drinks and for the cleanliness of the workstation. A habit of tasting is required. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations. Take customers’ orders on the POS system; ensure that each and every request is fully and accurately entered. Operate the cash register; handle customer payments in cash, debit and credit; make changes for cash customers. Identify customer issues and/or complaints and take necessary steps to correct them. Perform returns and special transactions through the POS system. Keep the register station stocked with necessary items. Maintain the cleanliness of the area around the cash register. Deliver drinks to customers. Prepare fruits in accordance with company standards for fruit preparation. Maintain the fluency of the prepping process and a clean work space. Cook ingredients and understand the cooking theory behind each ingredient such as tapioca, black and green tea, and grass jelly. Ensure the quality of ingredients by sampling. Restock ingredients and supplies. Make drinks according to recipes. Operate and clean various machineries and appliances in the store, such as the sealing machine, VitaMix and Blendtec blender models, boilers and stovetops. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the workstation. Clean utensils and kitchen ware. Perform the daily opening tasks of the store, including preparing ingredients and making sure that all machineries are turned on and functioning properly. Perform the daily closing tasks of the store, including the cleaning of utensils, equipment, and the store in general, counting of inventory, balancing sales, and the accounting of finances. Communicate effectively and timely with the opening staff with respect to any takeover matters to enable the store to operate smoothly on the next day. Organize fruits on a daily basis and other stocks on a regular basis. Place orders for fruits and other stocks on a regular basis and according to needs. Participate in training new staff. Required Education, Skills and Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Work well in a team environment as an effective team member Understand the importance of customer service and is customer-focused Possess excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills Demonstrate strong work ethics: responsible, reliable, punctual, and have high integrity Able to work in a fast-paced environment; strong hands-on skills Be detail-oriented Effective communication skill in English is a must.
