The duties of Admin Assistant include but are not limited to:
- provide highest quality customer service to our customers
- Calling patients for reminder of appointments and following up on emails, voice mails
- Ensure that all documentation and forms in patient’s files are completed
- Invoice/bill
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Computer Skills
- Excellent phone manners & outstanding people skills
- Medical office assistant diploma, degree or related medical office or customer service experience preferred
Salary: $14.00 to $15.50 /hour
Experience:
• customer service: 2 year (Preferred)

• Sin Card (Required)

• English (Required)
Shifts will vary across the day that cover office hours. Candidates must be comfortable working weekends as needed.
