密市食品批发公司诚聘一位会计助理文员。
A growing food wholesale company located in Mississauga, is currently looking to hire an accounting assistant.
Shift Time: 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday
Salary start: 15 hourly rate plus 2 weeks vacations annual
Work location: QEW & ErinMills Parkway
Job Responsibilities:
& Support accounting department
& Performing basic office tasks including filing, data entry, photocopying and mailing cheques
& Follow up with previous invoices
& Prepare monthly report
& Notify manager for general concerns
& Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
& Fluent in English and in Cantonese
& Ability to speak and understand Mandarin
& Good computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office)
& Positive attitude
& Open to work on statutory holidays and weekends
& An understanding of food products is an asset
Experience:No experience needed. Willing to train
Location: Mississauga, ON (Preferred)
Licence: Driver's license (Preferred)
