Customer Service and Warehouse management
Job Type: Full Time
工作要求: 流利英文，有工卡
需要学历: 专科以上
工作时间: 9:00am-6:00pm (周一至周五)
工作地点：Toronto（finch &Hwy 400）
Responsibility:
1. Process orders and shipping.
2. Handle customer phone calls, emails and on-site visiting. Follow up and generate reports
3. Document processes
4. Interface with warehouse
5. Work on assigned projects and/or assignments
6. order delivery to customer
Requirement:
1. Previous customer service experience is an asset.
2. Excellent oral and writing English is a must; good command of office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, etc.).
3. Strong tele-communication and face to face communication skill is an asset.
4. self-motivated, well-organized and a good team player.
5. 5 years north America G Lic. Able to operate Cargo Van .
