Property Management Company is seeking a full time Assistant Property Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Property Manager to manage residential and/or commercial properties in GTA area
• Ensure all Property Management policies, procedures and operations are conducted effectively
• Prepare and administer contracts for properties, such as cleaning and maintenance, security services and alarm systems
• Co-ordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations carried out on buildings
• Deal with enquiries and correspondence from owners, tenants, and vendors
• Prepare property annual budgets and any adjustments as required
• Manage the coding and approval of invoices according to budget schedules
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years’ experience in Property Management required
• Knowledge in condo management,
• Strong interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
• Own car required
• Fluent in English required, Chinese speaking an asset
