Responsibilities
• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features
• Follow all company’s policies and procedures
• Contact customers and provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
• Place customers’ order and follow up with shipping departments
• Posting items on vary on-line sale channel, such as eBay, Amazon.
• Answer customer’s inquiry by phone call or emails.
• Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.
• Related office administration and sales works.
Requirements
• Proven working experience in sales or customer services
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Basic administration skills
• College bachelor and up
