Online Sales Person Job
We are currently hiring an Online Sales Specialist, who can sales our Products in different marketplaces operating in Canada like eBay, Amazon, etc…
Successful candidates will possess 1-2 years of experience performing sales/customer service functions in a fast-paced e-commerce or warehouse-to-consumer environment. They will have the ability to work quickly, with a sense of urgency, reacting to changing priorities and proactively seeking out process and workflow improvements.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently and accurately process customer orders and requests through various e-commerce channels
Ensure all orders from each website ship within the appropriate timeframe
Customer inquiries are responded to promptly
Consistently monitor and analyze inventory allocation levels
Run a series of daily and weekly activity reports.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of Online Sales experience.
Good knowledge of MS Excel for accurate reporting and data manipulation
Technical knowledge of Computers, Accessories, Computer Parts.
