Patrick Plastics Inc. is a fast growing manufacturer, Canada Site in a Global corporation. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our expanding team to grow our business in our thick gauge thermoforming division.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the operation and maintenance of thick gauge thermoforming line and associated equipment/tooling.
2) Perform mold charge, purge and start-up of thermoforming machines.
3) Make sure thermoforming machines are set up to meet productivity and efficiency goals for each and every job.
4) Program thermoforming equipment for all heat, pressure adjustments, timing of automatic tooling movements machine function sequences to achieve desired wall thickness, in specific areas of thermoformed parts.
5) Perform daily machine/noted auxiliary equipment clearing and maintenance and keep records.
Qualifications:
1) High School Diploma or equipment.
2) Diploma from a plastics training institute or equivalent an asset.
3) 3+ years of experience in THICK GAUGE thermoforming equipment and processing experience.
4) Knowledge in automotive and aerospace parts an asset.
