岗位职责
负责公司产品服务相关的宣传推广活动的策划、组织、执行以及撰写相关文案;
根据销售的阶段销售策略,结合相应诉求,进行市场传播和产品营销。
项目调研,市场分析、营销策划、宣传及品牌管理等工作;
维护品牌形象,提升市场认知度,整合资源,与销售推广活动相结合,辅助销售;
协助销售线索的收集

任职要求
本科及以上学历,具备三年以上相关工作经验,新闻传播、广告设计、市场营销相关专业优先;
熟悉电子商务和区块链技术者优先,具备一定的文字编辑及视频编辑能力,擅长以年轻人喜欢的互联网语言撰写微信及宣传推广文案;
有互联网社群管理维护经验优先
三年以上媒体销售经验,熟悉新媒体,在媒介、派单公司或广告公司做过销售者优先;
有丰富的客户资源者优先;
出色的市场开拓、关系维护能力;
较强的沟通、组织、协作、管理、执行及语言表达能力;
Marketing Coordinator
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the implementation of all marketing projects, working with the Marketing Director to execute the marketing plan and effectively deliver on strategic goals for the department and the organization as a whole.
Oversee social media networks, including writing, scheduling and moderating posted content, as well as analytics reporting and overall monitoring; help to promote audience growth and brand awareness through successful community engagement; recruit and supervise interns to support social efforts as necessary.
Oversee updates to and maintenance of the official website, including taking an active role in working with our web developer and designer, as well as internal team members across the country, to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date; writing and posting content, sourcing and editing photos as required.
Write and design digital ads (both video and photography based) and coordinate ad buys (e.g. WeChat, Weibo); work with external designer and in-house templates to produce print ads as required.
Communicate design and website requests and timelines to graphic designer / videographer and web designer / developer.
Maintain accurate records in the database for marketing purposes.
Represent the brand at occasional marketing and fundraising events.
Assisting with marketing-specific administrative tasks (e.g. maintaining an inventory of marketing materials, processing marketing requests from internal staff) and other tasks, as required.
Build cooperative relationship with media companies
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED
Post-secondary diploma / degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
Hands on experience in marketing, communications or a related industry (can be a combination of academic and professional experience).
Foundational knowledge of digital marketing and community engagement.
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Ability to produce creative content for a variety of purposes, ranging from very short ad copy to longer blog posts or publication content.
Comfortable utilizing and engaging with a wide variety of social networks and community moderation tools, which may include WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram and/or Flickr (prior experience with community moderation for other brands a strong asset).
Strong organizational, communication and administrative skills, and proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Technologically savvy with a high level of computer (Mac and PC) and smartphone / app competency; strong experience with Microsoft Office programs (particularly Word and PowerPoint, familiarity with Excel), Google Mail and apps, CMS and CRM, and cloud computing.
A keen eye and passion for design, video and/or photography (experience in this area an asset).
Experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress) and HTML a strong asset; experience using a central database or other tracking software an asset.
Preference will be shown towards candidates with previous marketing and/or communications experience, and ability to demonstrate skills and success in writing, design and/or marketing.
Passion for, knowledge of and/or experience pertaining to outdoor adventure and education considered a strong asset.
