Job Summary
Responsible for the reception area, phone calls, data entries, administration and logistic schedule
Experience
.Previous admin and customer experience is an asset
.You have great work ethic and can work independently
.Detail oriented and good with follow ups
Skills
.Proficient with Office Suite (Word, Excel)
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and analytical and problem-solving skills-
.Demonstrated organizational, planning and decision-making skills
.Strong interpersonal skills
Duties
.Administrative support, assist AR, AP and customer service department
.To input large quantities of alpha/numeric data in a timely and accurate manner into computer systems
.Maintain main office telephone incoming calls and voicemail, relaying messages to staff
.Return general voicemail and email inquiries
.Greet visitors in a professional manner
.Schedule delivery/ pickup appointments
