We are professional manufacturer of liquid crystal display(LCD) and related electronic products . Our production sites are in China. We have a marketing and sales office in Toronto, ON Canada and Seattle, WA US. We are looking for people who have passion to grow together with us. Requirements:
- Previous factory, design or technical support experience
- Attention to details, accuracy, self-motivation
- Able to read schematic and knowledge of electronics related software
- Quality control or ISO9001 experience an asset
- Chinese reading, writing and speaking capability (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Good Communication skill
- Able to carry out multi-task
- Soldering experience an asset
- Degree or diploma in electronics.
Duties:
- Support sales and marketing.
- Working with customers to support new product development.
- Communicate with factory to resolve issues
- Compose technical support documents
- Handling RMA and analyze failures/returns and generate reports
- Testing samples and do repairs
- Translation
- Other technical jobs
