                        Downtown condominium is looking for individuals who are self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong communication and time management skills to join our team.

Shift:Weekdays (6:00am-2:30pm), Part-time / Full-Time

May include occasional weekend and holidays.

Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate and manage bookings accurately.
Assist residents with requests or enquiries and proactively address concerns in a professional manner.
Liaison between building management, 3rd party service providers, residents, and staff.
Perform inspection before and after bookings.
Oversee the proper use of amenity facilities and ensure its compliance with company procedures, condominium policies and Ontario regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
