The primary responsibility of the role consists of taking inbound sales calls. Secondary responsibilities include writing cheques, faxing documents, minimal bookkeeping, and other minor duties. Responsibilities Inbound Sales         Answering telephone calls and messages for sales orders         Arranging deliveries and issuing invoices         Communicating with customers Office Duties         Writing cheques for bills         Faxing documents         Processing payments         Filling out deposit books         Opening mail Qualifications         English, Cantonese, and Mandarin         Strong interpersonal and communication skills         Sufficient computer skills Recommendations         Understanding foreign accents (Vietnamese, Thai, etc.)         Experience in trading company         Knowledge of major streets and intersections         Adapting to new software
