客户服务代表——全职（英语+中文普通话）
工作地点：Mississauga
工作时间： 全职 周一至周五 9:00-17:00
时薪：15/hr 起薪，根据后续工作能力可调整
公司概况：
FB Canada Express 成立于1986年，自成立以来一直致力于提供一系列的加拿大进出口仓储物流配送服务. 服务包括但不限于境内电子商务快递、商务快递交付，仓配一体化，医药，航天行业及其它更多领域限时配送服务。公司现需招聘双语客户服务代表，工作地点：Mississauga

岗位职责：
1. 通过电话以及电子邮件向客户集收账款（英语+中文）
2. 准确及时记录并转达客户需求，并以此提供客户服务
3. 高效率处理问题，积极回应客户需求，以实现客户满意和收益最大化
4. 协助处理岗位相关行政类工作
岗位要求：
1.有良好的客户服务经验，客户服务呼叫中心经历从优
2.可适应高强度高效率工作环境
3.良好的语言沟通及写作技巧（英语+中文）
4.熟练应用办公基础办公软件（Outlook，Excel，Word）
个人工作技能：
1. 拥有良好的职业道德素养
2.良好的语言沟通技巧
3.较强的学习以及团队协作能力
Customer Service representative – Full Time (English & Mandarin)
Mississauga, ON
· Full Time. Monday to Friday 9-5.
Starting pay is 15$/hr to start. Salary is based on performance and review.
Our company,
Since 1986, we’ve been providing a full spectrum of transportation services to and from Canada. These services include time critical, express courier and ecommerce deliveries. We are currently looking for a customer service representative at our Mississauga facility. If you are interested in applying, we would love to hear from you. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform collection calls by phone and email in both English and Mandarin.
· Understand the customer’s situation and provide the best possible resolution
· Offer assistance and support to ensure increased customer satisfaction
· Perform other administrative duties.
REQUIREMENTS
· Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
· Able to multitask in a fast past environment.
· Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
· Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
SKILLS
· Customer-oriented.
· Organized and good work ethic.
· Good communication skills.
· Work as a team player with fellow team members.
