详细介绍                                                 Reports to: Director of Supply Chain/Service Operations Position Summary: The Supply Chain coordinator will coordinate the implementation of supply chain projects and objectives of RIFO’s service operations with other functional teams. Objectives include constant vendor contract and service level management, sales and procurement order management through out the order to cash flow.  The Supply Chain coordinator will also act as first line customer service representative on behalf of RIFO during the service conflict resolution process between client and vendors. Primary Responsibilities: Source and motivate strategic aligned vendors to join RIFO’s service operation eco-network, coach and develop them to grow following RIFO’s customer service. Follow up sales and procurement order from quotation to service delivered. Role model of efficiency and effectiveness continue improvement through out the service process. Benchmarking best practices within the real estate industry and across. Receive and follow up customer complaint to service following defined process. Additional Skill and Knowledge Requirements: Fluent Mandarin Chinese is a must. Negotiations skills training and experience Excellent time management and organizational skills Experience working with overseas suppliers and non-traditional supply chains is preferred. General ERP software experience & contract knowledge Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills Previous Property management experience is nice to have Roll over the sleeves Just-do-it type of character Education Requirements: University Degree or College Diploma in Business, Real Estate/Property Management preferred Progress towards, or completion of Supply Chain or property Management Designations like CPM, CPIM, Realtor license etc. Only candidates with applicable experience will be selected for an interview.
