详细介绍                                                 全职员工福利。 工作地点士嘉堡. 请发简历至 manufacturingcompany985@gmail.comJob Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION Technical role reporting to the Chief Engineer on all matters pertaining to maintenance and repairs. This role will require the candidate to repair and manage all actively running injection molds and machine custom components. RESPONSIBILITIES Daily maintenance of molds including cleaning and greasing. Disassembling, cleaning and reassembling molds as needed Determines accurate and efficient methods to construct and repair molds Determines the sequences of operation, method of fabrication, type and amount of machine work or process operation required Set up secondary equipment as needed to run jobs Reassure quality of parts throughout production run, provide support to operators in assessing part quality Work with quality control to ensure that the molding machines are working efficiently and in order Assist other technicians with set up and trouble-shoot molds in Molding Department for production. Other projects and tasks as assigned. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years’ experience in repairing and maintaining multi-cavity injection molds Experience in building and maintaining new mold components and ensuring the right fit and function. Must have strong troubleshooting skills Will need to have the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting Capable of demonstrating strong technical knowledge and have good communication skills. Must be capable of heavy lifting. Ability to speak and understand Chinese is a strong asset.
