Job Descriptions
- This is a part-time and/or full-time position for assisting in administrative tasks for the company.
- This role will require the candidate to perform research, create and edit presentation and documentations, contact partners and clients, assist in seminars, assist in promotions and etc.
- Flexible work hours.
- This is a part-time role starting immediately, may grow into a full-time position.
- Salary is $18 to $22 per hour depending on candidate’s experience.
- It may require to work during off hours at times and might require to travel to different locations within Toronto GTA.
- Office located in Markham
Skill Required (Mandatory)
- Good oral and written communications skill. Must be fluent in English.
- Must be fluent in either Mandarin or Spanish.
- Ability to work independently with little supervisions.
- Ability to create presentation and documentation in Google Slides and Google Docs.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to organize communicate with clients.
- Ability to travel to different locations within GTA when needed.
- Ability to work outside business hours when required.
- Must be hard working, have strong ethics and integrity.
