Part-Time Bookkeeper, 2/3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
1. Daily Invoices verify & post to Accounting System (Business
Vision)
2. A/R, A/P – send Invoice & Statements to customer/Vendor
3. Bill Entry – such as Utilities and other office expense
4. Calculate employee Salary,Sales Bonus, Payroll, WSIB etc.
5. Monthly Bank statement reconciliation
Requirements:
1. Degree or Diploma in Accounting Finance or Business
Administration
2. Proven bookkeeping experience
3. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
4. Accuracy and attention to detail
5. Knowledge of Computer skills,MS Office, email, internet

6. Fluent in English & Cantonese/Mandarin
