                        Job Description

Title: Supply Chain Project Lead **

Reports to**: Service Operations

Position Summary:**

The Supply Chain Project Lead will lead the implementation of supply chain projects and objectives of company’s service operations. The projects include but not limited to co-develop service app with technical team for every service product, setup vendor management framework, process and database in App. Objectives include but not limited to constant vendor sourcing, contract and service level management, sales and procurement order management through out the order to cash flow. The Supply Chain Project lead will also act as first line customer service representative on behalf of company during the service conflict resolution process between client and vendors.

Primary Responsibilities: **

Develop and implement best-in-class service supply chain processes and procedures
Build a new supply chain team to meet the requirements of a start-up company’s requirments
Build up vender management system to meet first class service requirements
Set up service order process procedure to maximize vender’s effectiveness
Champion implementation of assigned tasks/projects with internal/external cross functional team.
Source and motivate strategic aligned vendors to join service operation network, coach and develop them to grow following customer service and technology road map.
Implement vendor management initiatives – standardize service manual, user experience improvement practice, vendor performance report cards and vendor development etc.
Coordinate with customer/agent/vendors on new service product development, and geographic service model expansion plan implementation.
Role model of efficiency and effectiveness continue improvement through out the service process.
Benchmarking best practices within the real estate industry and across.
Receive and follow up customer complaint to service following defined process.
Additional Skill and Knowledge Requirements: **

Business acumen & customer service attitude
Negotiations skills training and experience
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical, planning, modeling, decision making and multi-tasking skills
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or real estate environment preferably in purchasing or project management
Experience working with overseas suppliers and non-traditional supply chains is preferred.
General ERP software experience & contract knowledge
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
Previous Property management experience is nice to have
Roll over the sleeves Just-do-it type of character
Education Requirements: **

University Degree in Business, MBA is preferred
