Key responsibilities & Qualifications
Fluent in English & Chinese both written and verbal is must.
Professional attitude and appearance
Daily management and coordination of CEO’s schedule including booking airfare, hotels, etc.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Coordinating day-to-day activities in the office including; courier activities, reception, mail, banking, restocking office supplies, order groceries and coffee on-line, and other staff requests.
Assisting the Bookkeeper with processing of various finance-oriented duties including, employee expense submissions and filing.
Documentation / record keeping of day-to-day transactions
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Dependable and punctual
Working hours 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (40 hours per week)
