岗位职能：
1. participate in designing and creating statistical models/methods
2. coordinate with data analyst to set up the company's database. backup, and recovery processes for company's business data
3. participate in creating and developing the infrastructure for the company's database
4. maintain analytic tools that utilize the data piprline to provide actionable insights to customer acquisition and operational efficiency

preferred skills:
1. strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. data modelling
3. knowledge with relational databases, mySQL, and python
4. machine learning knowledge will be a bonus
