1. tax return preparation
2. related duties for partnership returns, LLCs, C&S corps, as well as individual entity types
3. tax resear
4. client interaction, consisting primarily of phone and e-mail contact

preferred skills:
1. bachelor's degree with accounting major or emphsis
2. masters degree in taxation or accountancy is perferred
3. excellent attention to dettail and analytical skills
4. high level of motivation to learn and to perform excellent work
