多伦多这些地方仍然可以买到30万以下的房子

根据多伦多地产局（TREB）刚刚发布的月报，上个月GTA地区房屋成交量比去年同期大涨24.3%，房屋均价达到$806,755，比去年同期上涨3.2%。如果按照地产局的MLS综合房价指数HPI（Home Price Index)，则上涨4.4%。

       

        尽管多伦多房市回暖，房价持续上涨，但据多伦多一家知名房地产网站Zoocasa提供的数据，其实多伦多也有房价不到均价一半，甚至30万以下的房子。

       

        当然，这些房价偏低的宅子很少能在多伦多核心区以及北约克找到，多数位于多伦多东区的士嘉堡，或是西区以及伊陶碧谷：

       

        不过，实话实说，房价不足30万的房子很难是独立屋，半独立屋或者是镇屋，它们几乎无一例外地都是condo/公寓，一居室，两居室皆有：
